Location: Mansoorwala Village, dist. Ferozepur, Punjab

Details: The project will come up in its existing distillery plant premises. The project will consist of a 2×250 KLD grain-based distillery to produce ethanol, RS industrial & ENA & a 2×20 MW coal/rice husk/pet coke/ biomass/natural gas – multifuel-based co-gen power project. The project is waiting for environmental clearance. According to MoEF sources, total plant area is 14.8 hectares, out of which 4.9 hectares will be developed as greenbelt. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 5.83 billion. Power requirement will be met from the CPP. Effluent Treatment Plant will be installed. The project will complete after two years of commencement.

The project will consist of 3B+G+14 upper floors. Total built-up area is 93,417.24 sq. mtrs & green belt area is 4,002.23 sq. mtrs. Car parking will be provided for 1,215 cars. 12 nos. of high speed automatic passenger lifts shall be provided. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1,950 million. The power requirement 5,200 KVA will be met from Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM). Rainwater harvesting system will be installed. A 325 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is proposed. Other amenities like cafe, restaurants, food courts, sport facilities, plaza etc will be provided.

The scope of work for pre-engineered buildings includes detailed design, engineering, drawings, supplying, fabricating and erecting pre-engineered buildings. Scope of work also includes providing detailed foundation designs, drawings & execution of foundation for supporting structural columns, construction of all civil items, internal water supply & sanitary items, external sewer line, roads, storm water drainage, internal electrical & telephone conduits, switch boxes etc, supply & erection of EOT cranes, external & internal electrical works which includes 11KV/415 V compact substation, HT cable, power panel, lighting distribution boards, LT power cable, power wiring, telephone conduits, switch boxes etc. Document sale ends on 29th January, 2016. The last date for submission of bids is 3rd February, 2016. The project is to be completed in 12 months from the date of award of tender.

The building with 700 beds occupies 323,000 sq. ft of land. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 610 million. The project work has been completed. The project is expected to be commissioned by the end of February 2016. According to media reports, the centenary building has 13 state-of-the-art operation theatres. It will take number of operation tables in CMCH to 44 including 31 tables in the existing buildings and facilitate performing more than 100 surgeries a day. On completion, the new building will have departments such as cardiology, cardio thoracic, neurosurgery, neurology, plastic surgery, medical and surgical gastroenterology, nephrology and urology. Casualty, toxicology, intensive coronary care unit and intensive medical care unit will also be shifted to the new building. The centenary building will also have trauma and orthopaedic wards in addition to the existing trauma and orthopaedic wards.

The project will comprise of a 4×135/ 150 MW power plant based on the coal washery rejects within the Parsa East and Kete Basan coal block at Udaypur Tehsil, dist. Surguja. The Group has been assigned work by Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RRVUNL) for Mining, Development and Operation of Parsa East Coal Block and supply of beneficiated coal. Sizable reject coal will be generated, which shall be utilized for power generation by setting up the power project within the coal block. The plant is proposed to have Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) based coal fired boilers.
